Project Description
SysReforms successfully completed the System Strengthening project for the Departments of Health, Population Welfare Department and PPHI, Government of Balochistan. The project encompassed the digitisation of several critical aspects of the supply chain within the health sector.
This included a web-based LMIS inventory management module at district level for PPHI / Department of Health and PWD Balochistan to facilitate last-mile reporting, and comprehensive training and implementation of the Hepatitis C Management Information System (MIS) at provincial and district levels.
Support was also provided in developing Supply Chain Management guidelines and reports, and digitizing Forecasting and Supply Planning (FASP) to quantify contraceptives and MNCH commodities. The project further offered technical assistance to procure essential medicines and contraceptives, including bidding documents, and contributed to revising the Essential Medicines List and MNCH Very Essential Medicines List for the Health Department, Balochistan.
